Digital Farming is a digital forum (platform) that can help farmers in Kediri Regency gain access to the latest education and information about agriculture. Assist Agricultural Field Extension (PPL) in its role to improve the quality of human resources (farmers) so that they are able to manage existing natural resources intensively in order to achieve increased productivity and income of farmers in Kediri Regency.
Facilitate all entities involved in agricultural activities in Kediri Regency starting from the Department of Agriculture and Plantations (Dipertabun) Kab. Kediri, PPL, Facilitators, Farmers and Farmer Groups to carry out efficient and effective communication using an android based mobile application. Especially in educational activities, collecting agricultural land data and early information related to pest and disease management on farmers' land.
As well as increasing the role of facilitators and PPLs in Kediri Regency as contributors and data entry in the field by providing an Android mobile based application to obtain real time agricultural commodity price data.
While the purpose of this activity is the availability of reliable applications to support agricultural activities in Kediri Regency, especially online counseling activities, dissemination of the latest information about the agricultural industry and collection of agricultural data needed by the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Kediri Regency to determine appropriate policies based on data .
