WOOP is an acronym for these four steps designed by Dr. Gabriel Ettingen.
It is not enough to imagine “after achieving” the goal.
It is a concept devised as an alternative to the idea that the concept of positive thinking, which tries to positively grasp all things that are often found in self-help books, does not make sense.

1. Wish
・・・ Write down considering the goals you want to achieve.
For example, you can do muscular workout and aerobic exercise every day for ◯◯ minutes, or continue studying for qualification every day for ◯◯ minutes.
The important thing in setting this goal is to set it to a level of difficulty that "it is not easy to achieve, but you can achieve it if you do your best."
2. Outcome
...Imagine the consequences of reaching the 1 Wish goal.
By exercising every day, you will have an ideal body shape, will be popular with the opposite sex, will be healthy and have physical strength, and work performance will improve.
If you study qualification acquisition, you can get the qualification you were aiming for and your income will increase.
The point is to imagine how you actually feel.
3. Obstacle
・・・ Think in as much detail as possible about obstacles that will prevent you from achieving the results you imagined.
Think about what you can't do, such as "I'm tired of work" or "I'm busy and I don't have time", and what emotions and thoughts are disturbing me.
4. Plan
・・・ Thinking about what to do when the failure assumed in 3 occurs.
"Because I don't exercise, I start training." "I study on the commuter train or when I have some free time."
