Called the phone number on website over 15 times and no answer (states no one available then beeps and cuts you off) also no no contact email on the website. I finally managed to find an email address on an old payment confirmation email. Once I was able to get in contact with them they sorted the problem. Easy to setup new forms and you can have multiple forms for different things.

2013-04-28	A *****	its one of those apps that does what it sais it does while keeping it as simple to use as possible. i love how easy it is to create a form and then publish it to my team. what use to be a 24 hr data gathering task where my guys would go out carry out inspections on note pads is now done instantly.... they do the work submit the form and i get emailed a pdf report... great. keep up the good work and thank you for the support

2013-03-27	A *****	Works good but only lets u upload 11 areas to track. Also it can only do 1 record at a time and cant bring other data into the form... e.g. if you do a door to door survey you have to enter all of the info every time. Where I would have liked to have some areas uploaded and able to have populated. The price jump per month of data is steep for my blood.
