Autoventa

Atractor Autoventa is the sales mobile application for the Atractor ERP system, designed for teams working on the road: sales representatives, delivery drivers, and collectors. It carries your Atractor catalog, customer information, and pricing directly on your device, allows you to close sales in front of the customer, and automatically uploads the entire day's data to the ERP system.

Important: The application works exclusively when connected to an Atractor ERP server. You need user credentials provided by your company; it is not a standalone application and is not compatible with other ERP systems.

• Autoventa: Select the customer, prepare the order, and close the delivery note or invoice at the counter.

• Delivery: View the day's deliveries, review the order line by line, and add extra items on the go.

• Payments: Record the amount paid, calculate the outstanding balance, and issue the receipt.

• Shipments: Upload the day's data to the ERP system whenever you choose and retrieve any outstanding items for the day.

• Customer rate price automatically applied, with editable line item discounts.

• Units, boxes, and batches displayed on the item's page.

• Taxable amount, VAT, and equivalent surcharge calculated line by line and totaled in the shopping cart.

GS1-128 SCANNING WITH PDA

Compatible with Honeywell EDA52-type capture terminals. When scanning a GS1-128 code, the app identifies the item by its GTIN and pre-loads the batch, boxes, and units or weight, without requiring any manual input.

SIGN AND DOCUMENT INSTANTLY

The customer signs on the screen, and the app generates the sales document with their signature. Preview the delivery note or invoice before issuing it and print it on the configured portable printer, with as many copies as you need. From the delivery note view, you can reprint any document with its payments already recorded.

WORKS OFFLINE

All work data resides on the device, so the route doesn't stop in areas without signal. Sales, deliveries, and payments are saved locally and sent to the ERP as soon as you regain a connection, with daily pending items tracked to ensure no transaction is missed.

INTEGRATION WITH ATRACTOR

The initial synchronization downloads customers, items, batches, prices, payment methods, and VAT rates from your Atractor server, and the subsequent transmission returns the day's sales, deliveries, and payments. Server, company, and communication parameters are configured directly within the application.

REQUIREMENTS

• Atractor ERP server accessible from the device.

• Username and password provided by your company.

• Optional: terminal with barcode scanner and portable printer to print documents while on the route.
