DigiPoints simplifies the cafeteria experience for organization employees by introducing a seamless point-based spending system. With its intuitive mobile application, users can effortlessly utilize accumulated points to indulge in snacks and beverages, eliminating the hassle of physical coupons.
Upon downloading DigiPoints from the designated App Store or Play Store, employees are prompted to sign in using their organization-provided email address. Authentication via a code sent to their email grants access to the DigiPoints account dashboard, where users can manage their points and transactions.
The dashboard caters to both employees and vendors, offering tailored functionalities for each role. Employees gain insights into their available points and can utilize the "Scan and Pay" feature to make payments through points at the cafeteria. By scanning the vendor's QR code, users initiate a secure points transfer process, ensuring smooth and efficient process. Transaction details, including vendor email, points paid, and timestamps, are conveniently accessible through the transaction history feature.
Vendors, on the other hand, can monitor their received points and view transaction history.
DigiPoints comprehensive profile section allows users to access their personal information such as name, email and transaction history with ease. The "Transaction History" feature enables users to filter transactions based on selected date range and share transaction records in PDF format.
For administrators, DigiPoints offers an enhanced Vendor Management section, empowering them to oversee vendor interactions effectively. Admins can review pending points, clear points, and maintain transparency in point-based transactions.
