The process begins when a customer enquiry is captured and stored as a lead. Sales teams can view customer contact details and follow up with them using their phone. After each interaction, they can update the follow-up status and schedule future interactions within the app. This ensures no opportunity is missed and every lead is properly tracked.

When a customer shows interest, a site visit can be scheduled. During the visit, teams can capture photos, add notes, and upload all details into the system in real time. Based on this, accurate quotations are created including material cost, labor cost, and total pricing, which can be shared with the customer.

Once approved, the quotation is converted into a sales order and the project begins. Teams can create tasks, assign workers, and upload designs, drawings, and documents into organized project folders. Both team members and customers can collaborate by adding files anytime.

The app also manages materials efficiently through a Bill of Materials (BOM). Purchase orders can be generated for vendors, and material dispatch is tracked within the system. Customers can upload proof of delivery, which is verified by admins, ensuring transparency and accountability. Inventory is automatically updated after verification.

During execution, teams can update project progress, allowing managers to track completion percentage in real time. The app also records all financial transactions, including customer payments and vendor payments, giving complete financial visibility.

Finally, once all work is completed, materials are settled, and payments are cleared, the project is marked as completed.
