I have emailed Nissan, and am hoping they can look into this...

2025-01-22	Da*****	Stopped working entirely. Now returns a unknown login error on all devices. The youplus.nissan.no and .eu website now gives a 404 error - thus making a new password is not possible. Did nissan just stop their servers entirely? Can I at least have a local workaround if that's the case? My car is cold and lonely!

2025-01-22	Ba*****	The app is horrible. Sometimes when updated, it crashes endlessly until data is cleared. Many times it fails to connect, until force closed and restarted.

2024-12-19	ma*****	Used to use this to preheat car. Noticed this fault in December 2024 it had been fine for 3 years. Just hangs and get a black screen now, tried remove and reinstall. My work round is a 3rd party app as Nissan seem unable to sort this, they updated the app in November 24 wonder if this caused it. Thanks for the reply Nissan and the link it would have been easier for me if you had just said we give it to free for 6 years then you have to pay a subscription.

2024-12-11	St*****	Refuses to even start if the phone has USB debugging enabled. That's extremely shady behaviour. Obviously trying to hide what the app is doing; probably even more invasive tracking and data collection than the average app... If my banking app has no issue with USB debugging being enabled, there's clearly no security justification.

2024-12-02	Co*****	This app has always been spectacularly slow. Sometimes to the point where you think it's broken. Walking back to the car to check the battery level would be faster, but putting on the heater to clear the windows while the car remains locked is useful on the occasions where the app does work. Yesterday I updated the app so now it will not even open. My delete the app and re download it has unfortunately not worked.

2024-11-29	Gr*****	This app was so incredibly useful, check charging status, turn on heaters on cold days in advance, etc... But it no longer opens on my phone after the latest update (I'm using Android 9). Just as winter arrives and I need it most! 😭😭😭 Please, please, PLEASE fix!

2024-11-21	Sa*****	Doesn't work with android 15. Like the other 20 or so reviews. please don't tell me to contact customer service, instead contact YOUR tech team & get them to fix it. Now fixed for Android 15 thank you. still laggy but I'm just happy to have functionality back :)

2024-11-19	Ri*****	Previous issue with Android 15 has been resolved, thankfully. Just in time for the snow, so I can finally preheat my EV!
