Secure workplace access

Owner and Staff accounts use Google Sign-In. Staff accounts are linked to a company using an invitation supplied by the company owner. Company records are access-controlled according to each user’s authorised role.

Free and Premium access

The app includes Free access and optional Google Play Premium subscriptions. Premium features may include expanded reports, backups, export tools, templates, cloud sync, app lock and an ad-free experience.

Eligible users may receive a 3-day introductory trial. The trial automatically renews into the displayed monthly subscription unless cancelled through Google Play before the trial ends. Available plans, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play.

Users without active Premium access may see advertisements.

Privacy and account control

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, support and account-deletion information are available from within the app.
