Poker Planning

The Poker Planning Room is a collaborative tool designed to facilitate agile planning and estimation sessions. It allows team members to estimate the effort required for various tasks using a consensus-based approach. This document outlines the business requirements for setting up and detailing the Poker Planning Room.

Objectives:
- To provide a virtual space for agile teams to conduct planning poker sessions.
- To ensure the room is equipped with necessary features for effective collaboration and estimation.
- To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of project estimations.

Scrum Masters will have full control to create rooms and manage who can participate in the sessions, however we have intentionally hidden the rooms tab in the Home Screen for all other types of users like developer, so if you are a scrum master, please contact us using Help and Support section, we will be happy to provide you relevant elevated access.
