Ager Mushroom Farm

Ager Mushroom Farm is the daily record book for the staff of Ager Mushroom Farm. It is built for the growing room rather than the office.

Mushroom houses are cold, enclosed and usually have no signal. The app assumes that. Every photograph, figure and note is written to the phone the moment it is entered, and uploads on its own once the phone is back in coverage. Nothing waits on a network.

A DAY IN THE APP

- Pick a date and open that day's record. Each date holds one record, so two people cannot create duplicates for the same day.
- Add up to ten photo observations: cooler, pellet, spawn, temperature, or any title you type yourself.
- Shoot with the camera or attach an existing photo, and add a short note where it matters.
- Come back to the same date later in the day to add more. Nothing has to be finished in one sitting.
- At the end of the shift, enter number of labour, total bags, contaminated bags, casing and harvest.
- Mark the day complete.

BUILT FOR NO SIGNAL

- Create, edit and delete records with no connection at all.
- The dashboard always shows how many records are still waiting to upload, and when the last upload succeeded.
- Uploads retry automatically when signal returns, and there is a manual retry when you would rather not wait.
- Pending work survives closing the app, restarting the phone, and app updates.
- Records already on the phone stay readable offline.
- If the same date is edited on two phones, the app flags it for review instead of quietly overwriting one of them.

LOOKING BACK

- Browse past records as a calendar or a list.
- Filter by month, by date range, or by whether a record is a draft, complete, or still waiting to upload.
- Open any day to see its photographs, production figures, who entered them and when.
- Production reports covering total bags, contamination percentage, harvest, harvest per bag and harvest per labour.

FOR THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE FARM

- Farm workers record their own days.
- Supervisors see every record, edit completed ones and settle conflicts.
- Administrators manage accounts, the harvest unit, the default observation titles and how many observations a day allows.

Designed for hands that are busy and gloves that are dirty: large buttons, high contrast, short labels and as little typing as the job allows.

Accounts are issued by the farm administrator. This app is intended for Ager Mushroom Farm staff and is not a general-purpose consumer application.
