Online ePrescription offers convenient access to Polish telemedicine straight from your phone. Complete a short form, pay for the consultation, and a licensed physician will issue an e-prescription, sick leave certificate, or referral. You receive the e-prescription code via email and redeem it at any pharmacy by entering the code and your PESEL number. SERVICES:
