2024-04-05	We*****	(Loyal Naked Mobile Customer) I enjoy the app, makes payments easier and convenient. However, I do miss the ability to change my service plan thru thus app and now it's no longer available. Otherwise, this is a handy app to make payments inadvance to save the hassle of remembering the day it expires and it automatically updates. Thank you.

2022-06-22	He*****	Somehow I used 50 GB of data in 20 days, called tech support to get clarification - they were absolutely no help. Had to buy 10gb for $40 which is absolutely ridiculous! The app shows I've only used 12gb this month .
