2026-02-15	po*****	Took tickets with 2 digital photos in Ain Dubai and they told me after 2 hrs I can download the photos. its more than one day and so far my photos are not available neither in this App nore in their online website. in their website you cannot submit the claims since I don't find Ain Dubai ib the drop down list. I hope they see these comments and either fix themselvs or companies see these messages and stop working with them.

2025-12-07	Ma*****	no body responds. took the pictures at Winter city expo dec. 6 and told us that it will be available in the application after 2 hours. i came back to the kiosk coz it is still unavailable. was told 3hours... its already more than 3hrs and yet it is not available. sent email as instructed that if i dont get my pictures in the app which is too much inconvinient to the customer. no body assit as they will respond in the email after 3 days which is very frustrating. they should do better on this

When contacting them via email as a second go at retrieval they simply return a reply email requesting information that had already been supplied. CONCLUSION - AVOID PAYING FOR ANY FORMAL PHOTOS AT TOURIST TRAPS USING THIS MYSNAPPS SERVICE AS ITS ALL A SCAM WITH POOR SERVICE WHEN IT GOES WRONG
