FixoMotor App allows Vehicle Users to register their Vehicle maintenance Service Request to nearby Vehicle Service Center based on user's location and type of Vehicle such as Car, Bike and Truck. This App is also helpful when Vehicle breakdown or having problem at location which is on highways or alone street where its difficult to find out Vehicle Service Centers, Vehicle owner can search for nearest Service Centers using this app and submit Service Request with option available to call and navigate to Service Center Address using Google Maps.

Two types of user who can access this App.

1. Customer:- Customer / Vehicle Owner can login into App by selecting Customer option then using his/her mobile number and entering OTP generated after click of "Get OTP" button which appears on Login Screen. Customer User can click on New User to create his profile and then submit the Service Request. However, user can directly click on Login button and put a Service Request without creating User Profile.
Customer can have access to the following features of App:
a. Add / Modify Customer Profile: User can create profile by capturing his name, mobile, address and vehicle details.
b. Add New Service Request: User can submit service request for his Vehicle by selecting Service Centers listed near to his location. User can click on name of Service Center to open google map to know the exact location of Service Center. User can click on Service Center Contact No. to open Mobile Dialer for placing a call to Service Center number. User profile information is pre-filled from previous / user profile screen including his Vehicle details, User had an option to modify the details on this screen.
c. Customer Dashboard: User can view summary of Service Requests submitted to Service Centers. It includes listing of all Open, Accepted, Rejected or Closed Requests.
d. Logout: User can logout of App by click on this option.
e. Privacy Policy: User can view App Privacy Policy on click of this Link.
f. Welcome User Link: User can navigate to his User Profile screen on click of this link.

2. Service Center:- Any Vehicle Service Center user can register his Vehicle Service Center in the app to get new Customers for his vehicle service and maintenance business. Vehicle Center user can login into App by selecting Service Center option then using his/her mobile number and entering OTP generated after click of "Get OTP" button which appears on Login Screen.User can select Service Center option click on "New User" link to create Service Center Profile.
Service Center user can have access to following features of App:
a. Add New Service Center: User can add his/her Service Center details using this menu option. Information that is captured are Service Center Name, Address, Contact No., Vehicle Makers and Type Of Services Provided.
b. Show Active Service Requests: User can view all active service requests received from Customers. User can Approve or Reject the service requests along with remarks and submit back to Customer Queue.
c. Close Service Requests: User can complete or close the Service Request from this screen.
d. Service Center Dashboard: User can view summary of Service Requests received or processed by the Service Center. It includes summary and count of all Open, Accepted, Rejected or Closed Requests.
e. Payment Plan: User can select Payment Plan from this screen to avail the FixoMotor services. Payment can be made through UPI Scan, Logout, Privacy Policy, Welcome User Link.

Additional information:
Login Process: Once user login and register in the App after installation, next time when user open App he/she will be directly taken to respective page after login.
Use of user location: App uses User's mobile location and search for Service Center with in same locality or in near by distance.
Auto logout: App auto logout after 15 minutes of time.
