Good program - Poor App I'm part of a weight loss program and the sheer amount of provided information is tremendous. My issue is that this App requires connection to Google Fit or Fitbit, which is now owned by Google, but Google Fit does not recognize this app. Really hamstrings the program when automated processes don't work as intended. You can manually enter the entries you need so it's not a deal breaker.

This app keeps me on track. I have been using it for 8 months. I like seeing the progress charts and the cloud link to my Digbi scale. Rated a 4 for no real bells and whistles, but no complaints. The Digbi program is awesome. At 60, I was giving up on losing weight, had a lot of joint pain, sciatica, sluggishness, insulin resistance. The plan is anti-inflammatory, and I feel SO much better and have dropped 40 lbs. Such a sensible way to eat to reduce cravings, I feel under control now.
