OurLyf

OurLyf helps families organize everyday care for a loved one in one clear, shared place.

Create and review care plans, keep medication instructions and routines organized, track appointments, and record important family updates. Invite trusted relatives, caregivers, and other approved participants so everyone can understand what needs attention and what has already been completed.

With OurLyf, you can:

- Keep care plans, routines, medication instructions, goals, and appointments together.
- Add an update by typing, speaking, scanning a care document, or importing a file.
- Review and correct AI-assisted transcripts and organized details before confirming them.
- Choose who can see each update and manage participation in the care circle.
- Coordinate responsibilities and communicate with approved family members.
- Receive optional reminders and important care alerts when configured.
- Share approved resident updates with participating care homes while maintaining separate, permission-based access.

OurLyf is designed for everyday family-care coordination. AI-assisted features help organize information but may make mistakes, so users should review content before saving it.

OurLyf does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
