KEYWOOW

KEYWOOW – Type at Your Own Pace

KEYWOOW is an alternative Android keyboard with a novel operating and layer concept. Letters, numbers, symbols, and functions are distributed across clearly structured layers and accessible via short navigation paths.

The arrangement of letters and layers was developed according to mathematical and statistical principles. This took into account factors such as letter frequencies, typical character sequences, and efficient typing paths.

The color scheme of the letter keys also follows a unique concept. The keys are color-coded according to ergonomic and visual principles to support orientation and recognition within the keyboard.

KEYWOOW offers, among other things:

• Innovative operating and layer concept
• Mathematically and statistically developed arrangement of letters and layers
• Quick switching between letter, number, and symbol layers
• Direct left and right page navigation
• Color-coded letter keys designed for ergonomics and visual appeal
• Direct access to the phone function via the keyboard
• Access to the Android system's voice/microphone function
• Left- or right-handed operation
• Portrait and landscape orientation support
• Use on smartphones and tablets

Larger and easily recognizable controls further enhance clarity. However, they are not the sole focus of KEYWOOW. The interplay between the layer structure, mathematical-statistical arrangement, color scheme, and short navigation paths is crucial.

KEYWOOW is designed for users seeking an alternative form of Android text input who value clear structures, direct navigation, and an independent keyboard logic.

KEYWOOW is activated as an Android input method in the system settings after installation and can then be used as a keyboard.

No user login is required for basic keyboard functionality. KEYWOOW does not transmit entered text to its own servers.
