Diet-Calorie Guide is a personal tracking tool that helps you organize your daily nutrient, calorie, macro, water, and weight records in a simple screen.

A starting point for you
Enter your name, age, gender, height, current weight, target weight, and activity level. Based on this information, the app creates approximate daily energy, protein, carbohydrate, and fat goals. You can update your goals later in the settings.

• 100 recipes with open-licensed photos offered locally within the app

• Add a portion to the selected day's log with a single touch
• Add, edit or delete your own recipe and optional photo

Water, weight and monthly progress
Use 100, 250, 500 or 750 ml quick water add options. Edit your daily water goal, undo the last add, or delete the desired record. Compare calorie, protein, water goal and weight change in the monthly view; save the report as a PDF from your device's print screen.

Privacy and backup
Your profile, logs, personal recipes and selected recipe photos are stored only on your device. You don't need to create an account. The JSON backup also includes personal recipes and photos; you can export and restore the file. If you used the previous version on the same phone, you can transfer your old records only when you initiate it, and you can also delete the old online copy after checking.

Nutritional Value and Health Warning
The macros in ready-made recipes are approximate calculations based on category and serving calories; they are not based on laboratory analysis or product labels. Daily goals and reports are also for general monitoring purposes.

The application only contains limited banner ads in the lower section; profile, health, diary, personal recipe, and photo data are not sent to the advertising network. You can remove ads by purchasing a one-time ad-free subscription through Google Play, and the right can be restored on the same account.
