Simple View explains the main findings in straightforward language and suggests what to check first.

Results can include connection health, WiFi and mobile-network information, router-path measurements, latency, jitter, validated packet loss, DNS response testing, Internet-path testing, stability, service reachability and readiness estimates for gaming, calls, browsing and streaming.

LIVE MONITORING

Some Internet problems appear only from time to time. Live Monitoring lets you observe your connection over a longer period instead of relying on a single test.

Track delay, jitter, packet loss, availability, signal conditions, outages and network changes while you continue using your phone. Monitoring can continue while the app is minimised or the screen is locked, with an ongoing notification showing that the session is active.

Live Monitoring can follow changes between WiFi and mobile data and generates a report showing what happened during the session.

WIFI AND MOBILE INTERNET

Diagnostix360 runs user-started diagnostics over both WiFi and mobile-data connections.

On WiFi, available tests can include signal conditions, router connectivity, DNS, Internet path, latency, jitter, packet loss and service readiness.

On mobile data, it can evaluate mobile-network conditions and Internet-path, DNS, latency, stability and service-readiness measurements.

Available measurements depend on the device, Android version, active network and permissions.

USEFUL WHEN CONTACTING YOUR ISP

Instead of simply reporting “my Internet is slow,” you can generate reports:
