2022-03-07	Re*****	please fix this issue first, google is blocking the app to send any feedback or if we raise any complaint. what is the use if we raise any complaint and it is in out basket or saved as draft in the app. initially this app was extremely good, SpeakUp team resolved many issues with in 7 to 15 days. but now because of this blockage its not happening, even we are not able to upload any documents or pic related to issue. i request the speakup team to resolve this asap, because this app can resolve many pending dispute case. hats off to Speakup team for great app

2022-01-09	Sh*****	Superb app!! I was mislead by Axis bank representative who persuaded my to upgrade my credit card on which joining fee and annual fees were applicable. It was a great ordeal and I was given a run around with no proper response. After lodging a complaint on this app. I was contacted by the bank and they eventually deactivated this CC and also waived the surcharges. I am grateful to the app developers.. This is the second occasion where this app has helped me in getting my issues resolved!!
