A year ago I'd have recommended them to anyone who asked me. The service was that prompt and good. Not sure what 2020 did but they're not operational at all. Placed a pickup request and it was not attended even on day 3. Customer care cannot be reached either. The app is simply a dummy at this point.

Its a really helpful and best app among all other apps for laundry services...though its a bit costly, but they give quality service and the clothes are covered in paper, shirts are packed with cardboards, clips... Loved it, just a request if you can reduce the price or give discounts it would increase the user base tremendously.
