Moreover, forgot password option does not generate otp even after several hours. There is no option for obtaining password reset link in authorized email ID. Overall, the app designers have not made a user friendly app. Disappointed with this app.

The user name should be the cnic number because password resetting same will be used. I tried to reset password but no display n that screen after putting OTP. Don't know when I log in, and this app has no issue
