Users rate the app as good and useful with fast news and an existing e-paper feature, but repeatedly report content and access problems. The top issues are unreliable local news loading and delayed updates, restricted epaper access (edition switching and past issues), occasional app instability, heavy ads, and outdated content despite subscriptions. Overall impression is positive when it works, but reliability and content delivery need improvements.

Cons

Local news section does not open reliably and updates are delayed
E-paper access is limited to a single edition; cannot switch/reset editions or read back issues

Ads are intrusive and users want free in-app reading with ads
Not updated latest news / content is outdated despite subscription
