2025-01-24	Gr*****	Starting to get more and more issues with the app and notifications. Lose signal/connection at least once a day now. It is infuriating the number of notifications when the sensor has expired and when you are out of range. Actually to distracting to deal with but goes mad when you turn off notifications. I know it's expired and high from the first notification. The app is inconsistent in it's notifications as well, sometimes I have extreme highs and have no notification at all on the way up.

2025-01-20	As*****	Incompatible with my phone. Unclear information. The error says install the dexcom cgm on a compatible phone, instead of saying install the dexcom one + app on a compatible phone, details matter. They have a number of apps, could just make one. The app would probably work but they won't let you continue because they haven't tested it. Should just give a warning saying untested on this phone.

2025-01-04	Sa*****	Just got my 10 day trial packed delivered and the instructions were to install this app and follow instructions. I have setup a username and password and the app doesn't recognise it. It keeps logging me out. Further I have downloaded the clarity app and the login details work perfectly fine on there. I have been using Libre before this and never had any issues with it. What a waste of time. 😔

It is far better than pricking your finger, but having a subscription scheduled at a specific date won't work if your sensor suddenly stops and needs replacement. Imagine if this happens two times in a row. Perhaps this won't be an issue if I would not pay for it from my own funds. If a competitor enters my country market, I would switch to that 100%.

2024-12-26	Ad*****	Like many others, it's great when it works but there are obviously a lot of problems with the app. It suddenly seems to not know who are so remove and download but then it won't let you just go back to the current sensor without putting the info again which was thrown away a few days ago. Nowadays you'd expect apps to be less buggy.

2024-12-19	Ma*****	My phone is on the list but once downloaded it says not compatible very annoying won't be going forward with this brand and will stick to my freestyle libre which works perfectly just slightly more expensive 😒

App has been updated fully, I've checked the requirements, my device is listed as being compatible (for reference I CAN log into the Clarity app, which is useless without being able to upload the CGM info!), I've been checking on and off for months to see if this is working, extremely disappointed when I finally thought I could use the app only to be met with the "Not Compatible" screen (I'm currently using a receiver instead)

2024-12-08	Ju*****	Shockingly bad. This now will not connect to my phone for days and days restart. Uninstall and no difference. As a diabetic this is a necessary tool and. As of right now.. I'm asking to go back on Libre.

2024-12-07	Po*****	The app itself is saying there's a bug and won't let me open the app now I've had to return to using a finger pricker to check my bloods. I've tried everything from restarting my phone to install and uninstall the app its annoying.
