Tasko: Team Task Manager

Tasko is the simple, clean and fast task manager for teams: a team to-do list, project management tool and workload planner in one app. No setup, no clutter, no busywork: just who is doing what, by when, and what needs your attention today.

Tap the mic and brief Tasko the way you'd brief a colleague. It turns what you say into clear tasks with owners, due dates and time estimates, checks that nobody is overloaded, and tells you early when a deadline is at risk.

Made for companies, agencies and studios with small teams who want to run the work, not maintain a project tool.

WHY TEAMS CHOOSE TASKO
• Simple: four tabs. Today, Projects, Team and Risk. Nothing to configure.
• Clean: a calm, focused design in light and dark mode.
• Fast: plan a whole project in one sentence instead of filling in forms.
• Smart: Tasko spots overloaded people, blocked work and forgotten projects on its own.

SAY IT. IT'S PLANNED.
• "Fatima, review the client designs by tomorrow at 5pm."
• "New campaign: Hira writes the brief by Thursday, Aisha designs three posts next week."
• One sentence can create one task, tasks for several people, or a whole new project.
• Counts like "three posts" become subtasks you can space out over the week.
• Tasko asks a quick question only when something essential is missing.
• Understands English, Urdu and Arabic, even when you mix them.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• A week strip shows what's due each day. Tap or swipe between days.
• See what's due, what's overdue and what's waiting for your review.
• Add a task in seconds by typing or speaking.

SEE WHO'S OVERLOADED
• Team shows each person's workload against their real capacity: work hours, workdays and time off.
• Assign a task that would overbook someone and Tasko warns you, then suggests the teammate with the most free time.

CATCH SLIPS EARLY
• Risk collects tasks that are about to slip, are blocked, or belong to someone who is overloaded.
• Projects nobody has touched for days are flagged automatically.
• Deadline health compares time used with work done and predicts a finish date from your team's real pace.

ASK ANYTHING
• "What's at risk this week?" "What is Bilal working on?"
• Get a short, plain answer from your team's live data.
• Every project gets a smart summary with one suggested next step.

EVERYTHING A TEAM NEEDS, NOTHING IT DOESN'T
• Projects, tasks, subtasks and blockers
• An inbox for tasks that don't belong to a project yet
• Comments on every task
• Owner, admin, lead and member roles
• Reviews and approvals
• Repeating tasks that can rotate between people
• Calendar, week view and day timeline
• Morning briefing and notifications for what matters
• Invite your team by email or with a team code

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Speech is turned into text by your phone's speech recognition. Tasko receives only the text and never stores audio.
• The AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) gets only the team context it needs. Your content is not used to train AI models.
• No ads and no tracking.
• Delete your account any time in Settings → Account.
