Devrem – Shift Tracking is a professional shift and duty tracking application developed for police, security guards, gendarmerie, and private security personnel. You don't have to recalculate who is on duty, who is off, and what time they start tomorrow every morning. Set up your system once; your day, night, and rest days will be automatically generated in a calendar. Instead of paper lists, Excel spreadsheets, and lost messages in group chats, use a clear, fast, and always-available shift assistant.

◆ WHO IS IT FOR? For everyone working in the police, security guard, gendarmerie, and private security fields who wants to see their shifts, duty, working hours, and leave in one place. It is not an official institutional application; it is for personal tracking and planning purposes. It has no connection with the General Directorate of Security, the Turkish Armed Forces, or similar institutions.

After entering your start date, the entire calendar is calculated. Even if you change the month, the schedule remains unchanged; eliminating the hassle of marking the wrong day. You can easily distinguish day, night, and rest days at a glance using the colors on the calendar.

◆ SPECIAL WORK SCHEDULE FOR SECURITY GUARDS Those who work night shifts can continue with their old habits. Those who work both day and night shifts can choose the normal police-like appearance. The preference is asked during setup and can then be changed in Settings. This allows you to adapt the same application to different security guard work styles.

◆ TEMPORARY 12/12 AND ROTATION Adjust the application accordingly for emergency or temporary 12/12 periods. When the period ends, choose whether you will start day or night shift when returning to your normal shift; the calendar will align with your return to the field. You won't have to re-set up the entire year due to temporary arrangements.

◆ DAY DETAILS, TEAM AND VEHICLE Add annual leave, excuses, reports, match duty, exams, training, and special assignments by touching each day. Add multiple shift colleagues to the team. Record the start and end mileage with the vehicle license plate. Timed notes generate reminders; daily alerts are scheduled for untimed notes. Important days are not forgotten, and team information is not lost.

◆ COUNTERS, HISTORY AND WIDGETS The counters screen provides a monthly summary: day-night-rest distribution, leave usage, working hours, vehicle and maintenance tracking. Return to past days with the shift history, including notes, team, and vehicle information. Check your shifts for today and tomorrow without opening the app using the home screen widget. The widget is enough for quick checks; open the app for details.

◆ SMART NOTIFICATIONS Pre-shift reminder, evening summary, holiday message, end of night, and personal alarms. Choose reminder duration of 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Customize calendar colors, write your own welcome message. Back up and share your data; reduce the risk of loss when changing devices. You can manage notifications from Settings.

◆ OFFLINE AND PRIVACY Devrem works even without internet. Calendar, notes, preferences, and counters are stored on your device; your personal shift data is not sent to the server. Your calendar is ready whether you are on duty or at home. Connection loss does not prevent your shift plan.
