Features & Capabilities

ThingShow visualizes ThingSpeak channels using two methods: the default ThingSpeak chart web API and the MPAndroidChart library. The web API provides simple, single-chart visualizations, while MPAndroidChart enables multiple charts on one screen with zoom and pan. Public channels can be visualized by auto-embedding ThingSpeak widgets, and private channels require the channel ID and API key.

You can group widgets from different channels into a virtual channel, customize which widgets are shown, and open any chart or widget on a separate screen. Local widgets and a built-in local server mode let you mirror data offline or across a VPN, with import/export options and homescreen widgets for quick monitoring. A short video tutorial is available for quick onboarding.
