I've placed 20+ orders over 2 years and every 3-4 orders there's a problem, and they're frustratingly incompetent at fixing anything. & they NEVER give refunds until you remind them it didn't go through the first time—they hope you don't notice so they can keep your money. the amount of time I've wasted resolving problems they made is not worth it and I've decided to buy from the many other stores that sell the exact same clothes
