The app will not install from the play store reporting that my modern Samsung note 20 ultra 5g phone it's s not compatible with this app. So I installed it on my Samsung note. That did install it.lol . The app is very clunky. It's like the app has been made 5 years ago and never been updated. When I finally got into the app. I clicked on analyse . Spent ages warming up. Never warned up. Send it back.

2024-01-16	Mi*****	Now broken. Won't save new readings. Won't load old readings. Insists on date of birth using grid calendar requiring 800 swipes to get to my dob. Grrrr Grrrr. Please sack the morons you employed to do the latest updates.

2023-05-07	Pa*****	Been on holiday now for two months. Not been doing Keto or OMAD yet the app tells me I'm doing great. Support fob me off with all sorts of reasoning that doesn't make sense. No satisfaction. Stopped using it. Waste of money

2020-02-22	A *****	Extremely buggy even with latest update. Looses connection if doing anything else on phone while waiting for warmup. No way to understand the "scrubbing" procedure. Restart does not work. Can I turn off device after measuring or do I need to let it scrub first? I've force stopped this app hundreds of times just to be able to actually measure. Measurements seems extremely random and weird, probably because I can't understand usage process.

2020-02-20	A *****	Rarely works at all, I have managed to get a few readings and even store them, but since last update it wont save any data, just displaying an error message "User error - Information is incorrect". I really wish I could store data locally instead of using some cloud service that obviously doesn't work. I guess the readings from the device is as unreliable as the app.
