Open Source, Ad-free, Cost-free - I wanted to love this one but unfortunately its core functionality is LACKING A SIGNIFICANT FEATURE, WHICH MAKES MUTIFY THE SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER OPTION: Both are simple tools for muting Spotify ads... Both inform that ads played after changing a track through Spotify cannot be muted... yet this app stops there whereas Mutify offers a solution for that as well - in-app media controls for changing tracks (frequent basic use case) while retaining ads auto-muting.

It works pretty well, just the od ad that slips by when my phone screen is off, As soon as I turn my phone back on it mutes the ad but other than that it's a whole lot better than listening to every ad.
