DevCore Support

DevCore Support — The Administrator Module centralizes the management of workshops and technical service centers. Organize equipment reception, monitor repairs, control daily cash flow, and track warranties from your mobile device.
EQUIPMENT RECEPTION AND REGISTRATION
Create work orders and link them to a registered customer or register a new one during reception. Document reported faults, the physical condition of the equipment, and received accessories. Assign service priorities and set initial estimates and warranties. Each order has a unique QR code for easy identification.
REPAIR TRACKING
View orders in real time and filter by status: received, under diagnosis, in workshop, awaiting parts, to be delivered, delivered, or canceled. Find each service by customer, device, or ticket/QR number and check its progress.
WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Manage warranty claims through re-entry orders linked to the original repair. Record these services with zero value and urgent priority, maintaining a history to track each case.
CASH CONTROL
Open each shift with an initial amount and record income and expenses by category, such as services, spare parts sales, supplies, and salaries. Perform closing and cash reconciliation with the responsible user's identification.
SPARE PARTS AND SUPPLIES INVENTORY
Check stock levels, minimum levels, and selling prices. Identify products with critical stock and search for spare parts by name or code to support repair planning.
DASHBOARD
Review your workshop's operational and financial metrics in one place. Check the cash balance, equipment in process, repairs pending review or delivery, and the latest orders registered.
BUSINESS CONFIGURATION
Manage your company's commercial and tax information, contact details, currency, and VAT parameters. DevCore Support offers a dark mode interface to support the administrator's daily work and keep information organized for each service, from equipment reception to after-sales support.
