Reviews of Five Lakes Coffee

Great place to get coffee, but easily the worst app I've had the displeasure of using. I've had to re-add my card over and over, and now something is broken to the point where I can't even do that. It errors out and sometimes even completely logs you out and loses your details. I've had authorization failure, I've had crashes, heck I've even had the cloudflare human check fail. Do not use this app. With how shoddy it is, it's a serious security risk.

I signed up for the rewards app. Then I received a text message which has both my username and password listed in the text. I would love to meet the idiot at the company who thought this was a good idea

absolutely horrendous app. have to re-add a credit card every time I want to add money to my account so I stopped using that feature. the old paper cards were better for a customer, but of course not for five lakes. using the app they don't give out nearly enough free coffees and it's harder to collect them. starting to be greedy like starbucks

its pretty user friendly for paying and tracking reward points. But you can't pre-order with it, which is why folks are going the Starbucks route. please add ordering capabilities!

phenomenal place to get a coffee. Except that it seems a lot of afternoon workers doesnt care how they make your coffee compared to the mornings.

would be nice if it was working all the time. I miss out on so many rewards points now because it's not reliable like a punch card. I also cannot buy gift cards on the app because the fixed toolbar at the bottom covers up the buttons you need to press. it has great potential and hopefully all the kinks will get worked out over time.

Add a menu to the app, prices, and a mobile order choice of payment.
