Řeptimus

Řeptimus is a work application for truck drivers and loader operators involved in the collection of sugar beet from the fields to the sugar factories during the beet campaign. It connects people in the field with the dispatch center so that everyone knows where to go, what to load and what is happening.

THE APPLICATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR CONTRACTED CARRIERS AND VAPAS EMPLOYEES. Login requires access data issued by the dispatch center - without them the application cannot be used. Public registration is not possible.

FOR DRIVERS
• Daily driving plan: which field to load from, which sugar mill to unload
• Navigation to the loading and unloading location with one click
• Overview of the current vehicle status (driving to the field, waiting for loading, loading, driving to the sugar mill, unloading, returning)
• Notes from the dispatcher and the engineer to the loading location - confirmation that you have read them
• ​​Share the vehicle position with the dispatcher during the shift to plan the loading sequence and solve downtime
• Work without signal: records are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is restored

FOR ENGINEERS
• Overview of the loadings planned for the day and the queue of vehicles waiting to be loaded
• Recording of each loaded truck and the progress of the loading
• Notes on the loading location (access, pile status, restrictions) visible to the dispatcher and the driver
• Move to the next storage according to the dispatch plan

LOCATION AND PRIVACY
The application collects the exact location of the vehicle even in the background, but only during the active shift, which the driver starts and ends himself. A permanent notification is displayed throughout the collection period. The location is visible only to dispatchers and managers of your organization, never to other drivers or the public. The location is not collected outside the shift. All data is transmitted encrypted.
