2024-05-02	Ra*****	useless app. once payment is done neither receipt is generated nor due amount gets updated even after 48 hours. As a customer we have no proof of payment but amount gets deducted from account. No proper maintenance. Customer expects digital payment options as time saving and easy way but here it is making work double as I have to now go all the way to the CMC office to verify payment. I would have have rather gone and paid at the counter directly instead of using this app.
