Skills enhancement has always been critical for the economic and social development of any country. It is observed that countries with skilled manpower respond more effectively to the challenges and opportunities of globalization. To benefit from globalization, a fast-growing nation such as India requires a large and skilled workforce. Our country India has the largest youth population in the world (nearly 580 million), but due to lack of adequate skill training resources and innovative education techniques, India could not get the demographic advantage.
