Also, the product light is so freaking bright it shines through a backpack and you can't turn it off. Not subtle at all.

2024-10-14	Ta*****	App hard to use. Misleading service plan. Even though it says monthly subscription, it actually means monthly PAYMENT. Service requires an annual plan. If you cancel before your ANNUAL plan is up, you have to pay $125 cancelation fee.
