To add a widget: long-press a free space on your home screen → Widgets → choose Colorful Sticky Notes. Internet permission is used only to display ads; upgrade to the Pro version to remove ads and support development.

Finally a simple app that doesn't make you open a U.I. to siphon threw notes to figure out which one you want to edit. Simply put a resizable note on one of your home pages, then open it and start typing.
