But it's been more than 2 months I redeemed for bank withdrawal and not yet credited. If they were not going to give this then they should remove those options. Or cancel the redemption. It's still showing pending for all these days and I also redeemed for recharge in Etisalat. Waiting for anything to happen.

I placed an order since Wednesday where in they mentioned it will be delivered the next day. Guess what? I haven't received anything. Do not download and waste your time on this app. Update: it has been 3 months and during this time the support has promised me thrice that they will give me the reward, but the never did. Do no downloaded the app. It is a waste of time.

Long review - I been using this app for more than a year.I tried to redeem the amount i got as mobile credit twice, even after 2 weeks it was not credited, their excuse was high amount of requests. After many weeks and emails deducted amount got refunded. Now I tried to redeem as bank transfer (mentioned takes 4 working days to process).Its been more than a week still no reply.

However, when i contacted them, they were prompt in their replies and i received my order. Would have given them 5 stars if they had contacted me to tell me that the order was delayed. Overall satisfied with the app and enjoyed the goodies that i received in the Clip box.

2023-03-06	de*****	Just keeps cancelling my uploaded receipt and says incomplete receipt Instead of submitting more than 3 times the same receipt. How many more times should i submit 1 single bill. Just when I was about 2 write a good review the glitch started. And now they just accept my long receipts anymore. Always the same thing cancelled incomplete receipt. 🙄
