Detrack Driver

Everything you need on the road, in one app.

Detrack Driver is the delivery driver app that helps you get jobs done and keep everyone in the loop. See your day's jobs, get to the door, capture electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) and move on to the next one.

WHAT YOUR DRIVERS CAN DO
• See a list of today's jobs and tap in to view details
• Navigate straight to the address with GPS guidance
• Capture proof of delivery: signature, up to 10 photos, notes, location and timestamp
• Scan barcodes and QR codes, including continuous scanning for jobs with multiple items
• Handle partial deliveries and record COD payments
• Log why a delivery couldn't be completed
• Call, text or send an ETA message to your customer in a tap
• Complete vehicle checks before you set off

KEEP CUSTOMERS IN THE LOOP
Every completed job sends proof of delivery to your dispatcher, and your customers get automatic SMS, WhatsApp or email updates. Fewer "where's my order?" calls, fewer disputes.

BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD
Works when the signal doesn't, and syncs when you're back online. Available in over 20 languages.

GOOD TO KNOW
• You'll need a Detrack account. Your company sets up its drivers. New to Detrack? Start a free 14 day trial at detrack.com.
• For live driver tracking, choose "Allow all the time" when asked for location access. Detrack uses your location while you're on a job, even when the app is in the background, so dispatchers and customers can see where you are.
• Dispatchers and managers use the Detrack dashboard. This app is just for drivers.
