WorkHub is an advanced SaaS platform for managing work and shift schedules designed for multi-branch organizations that want to achieve operational peace of mind and exemplary order. The application is built as a progressive web application (PWA), which allows it to work seamlessly both as a browser and as an application installed on Android and iOS devices similar to a native application. The system was developed using the most advanced technologies on the market today, including React, Node.js, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Smart Assignment Assistant and Artificial Intelligence
The heart of the system beats with the help of Google Gemini technology embedded as a smart assignment assistant. The AI ​​analyzes all the organization's data, including employee availability constraints, required manpower standards, labor laws, and customized rules. The system ensures compliance with ironclad rules such as a minimum of 8 hours of rest between shifts and preventing excessive assignment of consecutive nights. In addition, there is a smart assistant that accompanies users on every page in the application and provides guidance tailored to their role in real time.

Operational management and employee availability
The system offers a variety of tools for ongoing and fast management of the workforce:

Constraint management: Employees submit their weekly availability in a simple way, including preferences of "can", "cannot" or "prefer not".

Replacement and filling gaps: A dedicated page for real-time operational management that allows you to find a replacement at the click of a button while displaying an accurate match by position and checking conflicts automatically.

Vacation management: An organized process of requesting vacation and manager approval that is fully synchronized with the assignment system to prevent errors.
