Used to be a great product, but has changed in the last year. Last September, they changed their terms of service in September without notifying their members, leading to members paying for a service they could not use. Incredibly dishonest

Unlike wework ,where you can stay past 5pm most of desk pass locations don't allow that .Also desk pass locations may have limitations on how much time you can spend on phone calls which is not listed on their desk pass listings.You have to call them ahead of the time to know their policies which is kind of inconvenience .
