GoMyId is suitable for IT administrators, technical support teams and business users who need secure remote access to Windows computers.

Accessibility Service

GoMyId Remote Desktop uses the Android AccessibilityService API to provide remote control functionality during an active and user-authorized remote desktop session.

When the user explicitly enables the Accessibility Service, GoMyId can perform remote interaction commands received from the connected computer. These actions may include taps, clicks, scrolling, gestures, navigation commands and other input operations required for remote control.

The Accessibility Service is used only to enable remote control and remote support features. It is not used to monitor users in the background, collect personal or sensitive information, record audio, bypass Android security or privacy controls, modify device settings without user permission, or prevent the user from disabling or uninstalling the application.

GoMyId does not enable the Accessibility Service automatically. The user must manually grant permission through Android Accessibility settings and can disable the service at any time.

The use of AccessibilityService is limited to the functions necessary to provide GoMyId's remote desktop and remote support capabilities.

Security

All connections are protected using encrypted communication to help keep your sessions secure.
