Pick a goal before you start — or change it mid-session:

• Free Run — no target, just run
• Timed — run for a set number of minutes
• Distance — cover a target distance (km)
• Calories — burn a specific number of kcal
• Fat Burn — low-intensity zone (gear 2–4) for a set duration
• Cardio — moderate-high zone (gear 5–7) for a set duration
• Interval — custom fast/slow cycles with configurable gear,
duration, and number of rounds

Choose from 8 speed levels using the + / − buttons or drag
the slider for quick adjustments. Your real-time pace in km/h
is always visible. An emergency stop button is one tap away

Every completed session is recorded automatically. Open the
History screen to browse a monthly calendar — days with
workouts are highlighted. Tap any day to see total distance,
calories, and duration, plus a card for each individual session
showing the time, challenge type, and whether you completed it.

the following brand names — they all share the same Bluetooth
LE interface and VanFit protocol:

• VanFit (any model using the VanFit app)

NOTE! It may not be compatible with other treadmill brands or models.
