2024-09-06	el*****	Por favor, una empresa como Global, con la de dinero que factura en la isla, por qué no invierten en una aplicación decente para poder cargar el bono.Hoy intenté cargar el bono, no me deja porque supuestamente tengo una recarga pendiente,y cuando paso la tarjeta por el NFC me pone que no tengo recargas pendientes.¿Alguien lo entiende? Lo he intentado en dos móviles,y me da el mismo error.Me ví obligada a pagar desde Puerto Rico hasta Cruce de Arinaga.

2024-08-06	Ch*****	Utter rubbish. The whole system is convoluted. In my case, I'm using the bono canario. It's meant to be free. Caveat is minimum of 30 rides in 3 months. That's stupid because sometimes, people take the bus instead of walking, or they take it just to satisfy the conditions. But, I'll accept that. But then, every 3 months, you'll have to renew it. Why? It could be automatically renewed once conditions have been met, surely? So you have to 'buy' the renewal, get charged €0. Then, what??? More...

2023-07-20	Ca*****	No sirve para nada. Pagas la recarga y hasta ahí todo bien, en el momento de activarla te da todo tipo de avisos menos el de recargado. "Recarga no realizada" seguido de diferentes cosas, consultar información con la central, tarjeta no reconocida, todo con el NFC activado y bien puesta. Y, por supuesto, después ya te sale que no hay recargas pendientes. Luego en la guagua se lavan las manos diciendo que no va con ellos.
