SP4N LAPOR!

SP4N LAPOR! is a nationwide public service complaint management system designed to empower citizens by enabling easy submission and tracking of complaints related to government services. Developed collaboratively by the Office of the Presidential Staff, the Ministry of Administrative Reform, and the Ombudsman, it integrates multiple submission channels including a dedicated app, website, SMS, and social media. Users can submit complaints anonymously or confidentially, with each report assigned a unique Tracking ID for monitoring progress.

The system ensures complaints are verified and forwarded to the relevant government agencies within three working days, with agencies required to provide follow-up within five days, fostering accountability. Features such as geographic tagging, categorization, and public visibility promote transparency, while policy opinion polling facilitates public engagement. SP4N LAPOR! serves as a crucial tool in advancing public participation and enhancing government performance in Indonesia's development and service delivery.
