This application enables businesses to standardize and streamline operating procedures across various roles and designations within their organization. Using a structured approach, the app allows businesses to define and assign Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to users in the form of tasks, which are monitored and managed by supervisors based on the organizational hierarchy.

Each SOP consists of a set of tasks with a defined due date by which the assigned user is expected to complete them. Users can log into the app to view a list of all open SOPs assigned to them. By selecting a specific SOP, users can go through its associated tasks and update their progress as they work through them.

Progress updates can include:

- Adding notes
- Uploading photos or videos as evidence of work done
- Marking tasks as complete

Once all tasks under an SOP are completed, the SOP itself is marked as complete.

The system is designed to support recurring SOPs, which are automatically reassigned by the backend, ensuring continuous adherence to operational standards.
