DentalFlow Manager

DentalFlow Manager is a local practice-desk workspace for appointment blocks, administrative desk files, treatment-plan status, and fee estimates. It stores those records on this device. It is not a clinical chart, imaging system, or practice-management system of record, and it does not provide medical advice.

Today’s Practice Flow shows the next stored appointment, an upcoming chair-block queue, pending follow-up tasks, and active plans. You can add an appointment from that screen. Status-mix and visit-volume charts, collected totals, open-quote counts, and open follow-up counts are calculated from records already on the device for a 7-, 30-, or 90-day range.

Patient Desk holds administrative profiles labeled as desk files: a file code, optional phone and email, notes, last visit, and next follow-up. You can search, add, edit, and delete those files. Appointments include a visit title, start and end times, a status (Scheduled, Confirmed, Checked In, Completed, Cancelled, or No Show), desk notes, and an optional linked catalog service.

Care Plans store a title, planned visit count, administrative status, estimated fee, notes, and service lines. Practice Desk also includes:

- Service catalog: chair-time blocks with duration and a fee range
- Quotes: local estimate packets with line items and a status
- Payment records: amounts you type in (bookkeeping on this device, not card processing)
- Follow-up list: due-date tasks you can mark done
- Cost and visit estimator: totals, deposit balance, per-visit amount, chair-time minutes, and a projected completion date from the numbers you enter

The estimator states that it is an administrative planning aid, not a diagnosis. Call, email, and map actions open other apps. A first launch creates sample desk files (Desk File 01–06), visits, and plans so the charts have something to show. There is no internet connection, insurance claim flow, or clinical documentation.
