A mobile app for creating construction and repair estimates directly on your phone.

Allows foremen, site managers, and the self-employed to easily catalog work types, materials, and equipment for quick quotation or estimate generation.

* 🗂 Directories: Flexible management of lists of jobs (with standard hours and rates) and materials (with current prices). Seamless creation of elements "on the fly" with instant addition to the current estimate is supported.
* 🏗 Project Management: Organize work by project. Store client, address, deadline, and responsible person data with intuitive navigation.
* 📊 Quick Metrics: The project estimate list now displays the total cost and total labor intensity (man-hours) for each card.
* ✏️ Renaming: Ability to change the name of an existing estimate via the action menu (long press).
* 📐 Estimate Grouping: Support for a hierarchical estimate structure – combining items into logical groups (work stages).
* ⏱ Labor Costs: Automatic calculation of the total project labor intensity (in Man-Hour) taking into account the force majeure factor.

* Granular Lifecycle: Full project control from "Calculating" to "Closed" with automatic status display in the list.
* Smart Metrics: Monitoring "Revenue" and "Payment Awaiting" based on project statuses.
* Centralized tax settings (VAT, Social Tax, Income Tax).
* Hourly calculation of supply and logistics costs.
* A decentralized system of quoting materials and labor markups.
* 📄 PDF Export: Generate professionally formatted estimates with your details, totals, and signature space. All documents are automatically translated into the selected interface language. Smart preview (zoom/print) is supported before sending, as well as flexible hiding of any sections: taxes, markups, force majeure, and even the "Hourly Rate" column.
* 🌍 Multilingual (i18n): Full support for Russian, English, and Latvian. Instant locale switching throughout the app.
* 👋 Onboarding: An interactive guide upon first launch, including an overview of the smart cloud import (Google Sheets/CSV) features. Upon completion, the system automatically redirects you to the main dashboard.
* ℹ️ About Screen: Quick access to project documentation, software versions, and contacts directly from the interface.
* 📲 Sharing: Instantly send a completed PDF file to the client via any messenger.
* 📂 Data Import: Upload catalogs from Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or Google Sheets. Files can be selected directly from Google Drive via the system explorer. Smart column mapping allows you to import data from tables of any structure.
* 📴 Offline-first: The application operates completely offline without the internet, storing all data in the local Isar database.
* 💾 Backup: Full-cycle backup and restore of the Isar database to protect data when changing devices. * 📊 Automatic consumption calculation: Smart material quantity calculation based on a specified consumption factor. Calculation parameters are now imported directly from external tables.
