The Hermes Android app allows you to complete in-house attendance and application tasks on your smartphone.
After logging in with your email address and password, you have access to two main functions: "Work Report" and "Holiday Substitution Application." With Work Report, you can register new reports by entering the date, start/end time, project, role, task content, and details. Existing reports can be searched and updated from a list.
With Holiday Substitution, you can apply for statutory holidays and substitute holidays by selecting them from a calendar, and the approver (supervisor) is automatically set. In the application list, you can check the status (applying/approved/rejected/requesting cancellation, etc.) and withdraw or request cancellation depending on the status. Furthermore, the holiday calendar allows you to check statutory and substitute holiday information on a monthly basis, preventing input errors when entering application dates.
