The 2026 World Cup Prediction Pool is the app for the 5th Logarolto/Dieguez Prediction Pool: a recreational prediction pool among friends and family for the 2026 World Cup.

Important: It's a game among friends. There are NO bets, NO fees, and NO money involved within the app.

How it works:

- You predict the scores of the group stage matches.

- You create your knockout stage bracket: who qualifies, who goes to the final, the champion, and the third-place finisher.

- The score is calculated automatically, and the ranking updates automatically.

Clear and fair scoring (the best score per game, never cumulative):

- 7 points: exact score
- 4 points: correctly predicted the winner/draw + the goals of one team
- 3 points: correctly predicted only the winner/draw
- 1 point: incorrectly predicted the winner, but correctly predicted the goals of one team

Plus special points for group placements and for the champion, runner-up, 3rd and 4th place finishers of the World Cup. Features:

- Ranking with fair tie-breaking criteria.

- Profile picture (via camera or gallery).

- Notifications of results and ranking changes.
